Biography
Jin Shi (Member, IEEE) received the B.S. degree from the Huaiyin Teachers College, Huai’an, China, in 2001, the M.S. degree from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Chengdu, China, in 2004, and the Ph.D. degree from the City University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong, China, in 2011.,From 2004 to 2006, he was a Research Engineer with Comba, Guangzhou, China, working on RF repeater systems. From 2007 to 2008, he was a Research Assistant with the City University of Hong Kong. He joined the Institute for Infocomm Research, Singapore, as a Research Fellow and later a Scientist from 2011 to 2013.
