Biography

Zhiquan Deng received the B.S. degree in mechanical engineering from Xi'an Institute of Metallurgy and Construction Engineering, Xi'an, China, in 1990, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in engineering machinery from Northeastern University, Shenyang, China, in 1993 and 1996, respectively. He is currently a Professor with the College of Automation Engineering, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Nanjing, China. His research interests include high-speed electrical machines, magnetic bearings, and bearingless motor drive systems.(Based on document published on 10 February 2019).
