Biography
Heng Nian (M’09–SM’14) received the B.Eng. and M.Eng. degrees in electrical engineering from Hefei University of Technology, Hefei, China, in 1999, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China, in 2002 and 2005, respectively.,From 2005 to 2007, he was a Postdoctoral with the College of Electrical Engineering, Zhejiang University. In 2007, he was promoted as an Associate Professor. From 2013 to 2014, he was a Visiting Scholar with the Department of Electrical, Computer, and System Engineering, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, NY, USA.
