Biography
Achilleas Anastasopoulos (S'97–M'99) was born in Athens, Greece in 1971. He received the Diploma in Electrical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens, Greece, in 1993, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from University of Southern California, Los Angeles, in 1994 and 1999, respectively.,He is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He is the co-author of the book Iterative Detection: Adaptivity, Complexity Reduction, and Applications, (Reading, MA: Kluwer Academic, 2001).
