Pradeep Kumar Ray (Senior Member, IEEE) has been the Founding Director of the Centre for Entrepreneurship at the University of Michigan–Shanghai Jiao Tong University Joint Institute, Shanghai, China, since 2016. He is also an Honorary Professor with the School of Population Health, University of New South Wales, Sydney, NSW, Australia, where he founded the WHO Collaborating Centre on eHealth (2013) that led several mHealth projects involving Australia, Bangladesh, China, India, Indonesia, Japan, and PNG. Recently, he led to completion a multicountry, multidisciplinary project mHealth for Belt and Road region from 2018 to 2020. This project involved more than 25 investigators from more than 12 countries into various aspects of mHealth, such ...
