Biography
Congyang Liu received the B.E. degree in microelectronics science and technology from the Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Nanjing, China. He is currently pursuing the M.S. degree with the School of Information Science and Technology, Fudan University, Shanghai, China.
