Biography

RIGOBERTO ROCHE received the BSc degree in biomedical engineering from Florida International University, in 2011, he received the MSc degrees in electrical and electronics engineering, and the the MSc degrees, in biomedical/medical engineering from Florida International University, in 2013 and 2014 respectively. He is currently a senior engineer in machine learning and signal/image processing at Lockheed Martin aerospace and defense company. Before joining to Lockheed Martin, he worked as a lead technologist and mission commander at NASA Glenn Research Center.(Based on document published on 30 March 2020).
