Li Zhang (Senior Member, IEEE) received the B.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Nanjing, China, in 2011 and 2017, respectively.,From August 2017 to June 2019, he was with the Center for Ultra-Wide-Area Resilient Electric Energy Transmission Networks, The University of Tennessee, Knoxville, TN, USA. In July 2019, he joined Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and became a Research Assistant Professor, in 2022. Since July 2022, he has been an Associate Professor at the Huazhong University of Science and Technology, China.
