Biography
Xingcheng Pu received the M.S. degree in operations research and cybernetics and the Ph.D. degree in control theory and application from Chongqing University, China, in 2002 and 2006, respectively. Since 2002, he has been a Teacher with the Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications (CQUPT), China. Since 2022, he has also been a Teacher with Tongling University, China. He has published one academic book, more than 50 technical articles, and taken part in more than 20 research projects.
