Biography
Chao Zhang (Member, IEEE) received the B.E. and M.Sc. degrees from the Department of Computer Science and Technology, Tsinghua University, Beijing, China, in 2009 and 2012, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree from Cambridge University Engineering Department (CUED), Cambridge, U.K., in 2017. He is currently an Assistant Professor with the Department of Electronic Engineering, Tsinghua University, and an Honorary Associate Professor with the Faculty of Brain Sciences, University College London, London, U.K. Before that, he was a Senior Research Scientist with Google, a Research Associate with CUED, and an Advisor and speech team co-Leader of JD.com.
