Study on transmission characteristics of torsion spring-loaded double-gear anti-backlash mechanism

Torsion spring-loaded double-gear anti-backlash mechanism (anti-backlash mechanism) has been widely used in the gear transmission mechanism of weapon equipment, because of its advantages of being simple in structure, easy to implement and high reliability. In order to provide theoretical analysis for improving the meshing stiffness of the anti-backlash mechanism, this paper takes the torsion spring-loaded double-gear anti-backlash mechanism of tank armored vehicles as the research object. The dynamics model of the research object is established. Based on the dynamics model, the influence mechanism of the gear contact ratio and tooth profile parameters on the meshing stiffness of the anti-backlash mechanism is analyzed, and the law of the anti-backlash mechanism meshing stiffness change is studied during gear reversal motion.
