Fintech and Leverage Of Virtual Reality An Outlook From UAE

Virtual Reality (VR) revolutionized various industries by involving the users to closely interact, perceive and use the computing technology for their benefit. The current pandemic situation has propelled opportunities for the VR application industries to emerge and attain profits exceedingly as compared to other industries. The application of VR in the financial industry is appealing to the users by providing an immersive experience by the transformation of the complicated content in the utilization of services such as wealth management, brokerage services, personal banking, and stock market services in a novel and stylized manner. Major breakthroughs of VR were introduced by Matrix and Morpheus largely in the domain of the entertainment industry-later reinvented in every industry in today's dynamic environment. The main objective of this work is categorized into four strands to identify; the role and applications of VR in the finance and banking industry, a proposal of a model to road map and assist future researchers in Fintech. The policy measures are taken to bring resilience to the United Arab Emirates. Integration of Fintech for financial inclusion to eradicate poverty, one of the sustainable goals of the United Nation.
