Development and Application Advantages of a New Type of Hot-melt Snap Seal Opener

The inspection and acquisition terminal of the electric energy meter needs to open the seal when replacing the communication module. At present, the seal is opened by repeatedly hitting, chiseling and prying with tools such as screwdrivers and pliers. This will not only damage the electric energy meter, but more importantly, it will easily cause personal injury. In order to solve this problem, this paper proposes to use hot-melt technology to develop a new type of snap-on seal opener, which can achieve safe, reliable and rapid destruction and disassembly of the seal, and thus solving the unsafe problem of traditional unsealing methods, and extremely and greatly improved opening efficiency. At the end of the article, it introduces that the new type of snap-on seal-opener has the characteristics of high safety, high reliability and simple operation, and has a good promotion value.
