Intelligent Robot Design based on Multi-Angle Data Collection of Deformed Modeling

This paper studies the design of intelligent robots for product packaging design based on multi-angle data collection of deformed modeling. This paper uses multi-angle data collection (VAS), KJ method and other methods to carry out qualitative and quantitative research to obtain users’ deep perceptual demands for packaging design robots. To establish product features, reduce cognitive errors between designers and users, and apply theoretical research results to product design. In the system, establish conveyor belt base coordinates and material moving workpiece coordinates. When the design enters the process cycle, the coordinate of the workpiece is moved by the linked material, the DSQC377B tracking module records the location information of the material, and the robot realizes the dynamic tracking of the packaging design based on the information fed back by the DSQC377B tracking module.
