Intelligent Platform based on Ubiquitous Terminal Information Real-Time Sharing Algorithm

Based on the subject of collaborative innovation and training of foreign language talents, this paper discusses the connotation of innovative foreign language talents, combined with the reality of Guangxi, and proposes a multi-service-oriented terminal aggregation algorithm, including the construction and decision-making of multi-terminal collaborative sets. Through the comparison of simulation and service-oriented terminal combination mode and random allocation algorithm, it can be seen that the proposed algorithm has higher performance. Drawing on the experience of foreign language talents training in major ASEAN countries, the goal and approach of collaborative innovation training of foreign language talents is put forward, and the English variant of ASEAN countries is a typical representative. Conform to the development trend of English globalization and China-ASEAN cooperation regionalization.
