Design of image transmission system based on TCP/IP protocol

In recent years, image processing systems designed on an embedded basis have received increasing attention due to their small size, low power consumption and low cost. In this paper, we design an embedded image transmission system with ARM chip as the core. The system uses STM32F407 as the microcontroller, transplants LwIP protocol as the embedded Ethernet protocol stack, implements the transmission function in combination with Ethernet hardware interface, and completes the image data transmission function through socket send and receive functions. In this paper, the whole system is described in terms of the overall architecture of the system as well as the system software design. The system has been tested to achieve the image transmission function.
