Design of Naval Gun Automatic Feeding Control System Based on Model Predictive Control

Aiming at the problems of wave disturbances and system constraints in the marine environment, mathematical model is established in combination with the characteristics of naval gun automatic feeding system. Furthermore, the model predictive control method is used to optimize the adjustment time and position tracking of the system. Firstly, according to the structure and use environment, the naval gun feeding system's state space model with input and output constraints is modeled. Then, the system prediction model in the augmented state is established, and the model predictive controller is designed through the cost function. Finally, the simulation verifies that naval gun feeding control system can quickly respond and precisely track the position signals under disturbances and constraints.
