Research on the Application of Interactive Electronic Technology Manual for Electric Multiple Units

Aiming at the problem that the unstructured traditional management mode of the technical data of Electric Multiple Units (EMU) in my country has gradually failed to meet the needs of EMU operation and maintenance support, this paper studies the application of the Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM) for EMU. According to the demand analysis of the EMU IETM system, the EMU IETM system is designed based on the B/S architecture, supported by the IETM production subsystem, the IETM content management subsystem, and the IETM browsing display subsystem. The key technologies and functions of the three systems are researched and designed. The EMU IETM system can digitally manage the technical data of the EMU, which is in line with the trend of modern digital development. It will greatly improve the level of EMU operation and maintenance support.
