Egg Quality Detection Conveyor System Design

Humans always innovate to facilitate work, one of which is in the process of detecting egg quality. The process of detecting egg quality is generally done manually, by looking at the eggs under a lamp. This requires precision and time, especially when eggs are detected in large numbers. In this study, an egg detection device was developed which is equipped with a conveyor. The use of conveyors on the equipment can distribute eggs in large quantities. This tool uses a BLDC motor as a conveyor drive, a servo motor that is used to separate eggs, LED lights and an LDR sensor to detect egg quality. This egg detection tool successfully detects egg quality, eggs with good conditions will have a reading value below 257 and eggs with bad conditions will have a reading value above 257.
