Silicon Photonics Optical Phase Array and Optical Nano-Antenna Array for a Multimode Fiber Imaging System

We propose and implement a single pixel multimode fiber (MMF) speckle pattern imaging system using a 45-channel silicon photonic Optical Phased Array and integrated array of nano-antennae to excite the modes in the MMF. With optical magnification of forty times, spatial resolution of 7.13 line-pairs/mm was achieved in Field of View (FOV) of 4mm using the speckle patterns from the interference of different modes from the MMF.
