Design of shellfish cleaning device in tidal flat

Cleaning is a key step in the processing of seashells in tidal flats. Whether the cleaning is complete or not directly affects the sales price of products. Therefore, according to the current situation, this paper designs a fully automatic beach shellfish cleaning device with crawler transportation and high-pressure water gun cleaning to solve the problems faced by the industry. The equipment is modeled by Solid Works, and the mechanical structure of the model is analyzed and simulated. After the design of the model is completed, the samples are manufactured for experiments. After field tests, the efficiency of flushing the beach shellfish can be controlled from 10 baskets/min to 15 baskets/min, and the indicators of the prototype meet the predetermined design.
