Experimental Study on Vibration Mechanism and Prevention Technology of Heavy Load Switchgear

The operation status of high voltage switchgear directly affects the power supply stability of distribution network system. At present, the research on the vibration of high current switchgear is mostly based on static simulation analysis, and the analysis results have certain limitations. Firstly, based on the finite element method, the electromagnetic force distribution of the switchgear busbar bridge is calculated, and the influence of the load is qualitatively analyzed. Secondly, a high-voltage switchgear vibration simulation test platform is built based on the vibration acceleration and noise level test of the cabinet surface, and the vibration characteristic change data are accurately collected. Finally, by changing the material, load, structural strength and fastening conditions, the vibration and noise of the switchgear cabinet are tested on site, and the key parameters affecting the vibration of the switchgear cabinet are accurately and quantitatively evaluated. The results show that when the load current exceeds 80% of the rated current, the rise rate of the cabinet vibration amplitude increases significantly, the cabinet fan mainly affects the 200 Hz frequency component of the vibration signal, and the vibration amplitude can be significantly reduced by optimizing the structural strength of the cabinet and the busbar bridge. In this paper, the main factors affecting the vibration of the switchgear cabinet are extracted and the prevention measures are verified. It provides technical guidance for vibration control of field switchgear.
