Research on the Application of Super-hydrophilic Self-cleaning Coating in Photovoltaic Power Plant

Photovoltaic modules are installed in outdoor environment and the surface is prone to dust accumulation, which leads to problems such as hot spot effect, power performance degradation and module surface corrosion. Certain measures need to be taken to ensure the cleanliness of the module surface. However, the method of spraying self-cleaning paint on the surface of photovoltaic modules to enable photovoltaic modules to have self-cleaning capabilities has great advantages over traditional cleaning methods due to its high reliability and low cost. In this paper, a photovoltaic power station is selected to test the application effect of super-hydrophilic self-cleaning coating. According to the result, this paper analyzed its power generation gain and economic benefits.
