Idea Mining and Visualization Based on Tweet Analysis

Service developers are constantly creating or improving services, and they are struggling to attract people's attention and to ensure use of their services for a long time. To support developers, this paper presents an idea-mining method for improving services based on service users' tweets. In addition, we develop a visualization interface to understand the tweet analysis results intuitively. In this experiment, we conducted idea mining for three chat services, and the developed interface shows ideas concerning user-desired functions that users want.
