Variable Temperature Test and Transient Test of Energetic Materials Based on Perturbation Method

In recent years, fireworks production safety accidents have occurred in China, so fireworks and firecrackers safety production testing is an urgent problem to be solved. Based on the above background, this paper proposes a performance test method for energetic materials based on the perturbation method, including two parts of the variable temperature test experiment and the transient detection experiment of the energetic material, of which the variable temperature test experiment shows that the temperature change of the energetic material can be judged based on the perturbation method, and then the transient detection of the explosion of the energetic material is realized by the proposed transient detection method. The temporal resolution of transient detection can reach the microsecond range, which can meet the needs of explosion prediction detection of energetic materials.
