Study of "Home Port" Energy Storage System on the Tower of Inspection Robot

With the expansion of the power grid, China's requirements for intelligent inspection are also increasing. A robot "home port" battery storage system has been designed to meet the charging needs of transmission line inspection robots at work. This paper firstly introduces the working principle of lead-acid batteries, the phenomenon of battery polarization and the method of depolarization, then selects the parameters of lead-acid batteries in the home port in combination with the working condition of the inspection robot, and finally selects the outer size of the insulation box and the optimum heating power of the heating band through simulation analysis, thus completing the design of the robot "home port" battery storage system. The design of the battery storage system is completed.
