Abstract:

In this work, a 5.6 um thick, Rq 637.98 um roughness flexible Parylene C current collector is developed by using a rough Si wafer as a template. The rough current collector achieves 31% capacity retention @ 8C charging and discharging rate comparing the capacity @ 0.2C, which is 2.1 times higher than the sample using a flat current collector.
