Multi-index synthesized based health-degree quantitative evaluation algorithm for actuation system

A multi-index synthesized based health-degree quantitative evaluation algorithm for actuation system is performed for the problem that the actuation system performance degradation law is difficult to be quantized, leading to the maintenance decision not be supported effectively. This algorithm can synthesize and multi key performance parameters under different working conditions, quantize the correlated indices, establish the hierarchical architecture evaluation system from the data level to the target level, realize the actuation system health degree quantization and the performance degradation law characterization analysis. This algorithm was verified by using the historical data of some type actuation system, the results show that the health-degree quantitative evaluation algorithm can quantize and characterize the actuation system performance degradation law directly, and support the maintenance decision with valid data, therefore, it has better engineering applied value in full life cycle maintenance of actuation system.
