Design and Strength Analysis of Feeding Rail Car for Long Steel Member of Tower Transportation

In order to solve the problem of large material transportation such as long steel member of tower of material ropeway in transmission line, a design scheme of feeding rail car suitable for long steel member of tower transportation in complex terrain environment is presented. The feeding rail car contains soleplate, roof, hydraulic cylinder, bracket, etc. It can realize long steel member of tower transportation and material lifting. At the same time, the finite element method is used to analyze the strength of the feeding rail car, and the structure meets the strength requirements. The application of feeding rail car can solve the problem of large material transportation in complex terrain, reduce the intensity of manual material handling, and improve the mechanization of feeding operation.
