Design of a device for automatically coating lubricating coatings

In order to improve the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of titanium alloy parts surface, it is necessary to dip a certain thickness of lubrication coating on its surface. When a large number of titanium alloy parts is dipped, the quality of coating will be inconsistent in the manual operation. Therefore, it is necessary to design an automatic coating device to achieve mass production and ensure the consistency of coating quality.The device was composed of automatic rotating feeding device, spiral conveying pipe with certain inclination angle and variable pitch, roller, semi-curing and full curing device. The roller was driven to rotate at a certain frequency by belt wheel, motor and other institutions, and the complete automation of coating process was realized. Through the design, calculation and checking of speed, conveying power, roller shaft and diameter, the validity and feasibility of the device are ensured.
