Process Analysis and Parameter Optimization of Automobile Rear Door Outer Panel Based on Autoform

In this paper, Pro/E software was used to carry out the structural design of the outer panel of the rear door of the automobile. Firstly, the three-dimensional modeling and process analysis of the outer panel of the rear door of the automobile were carried out, then the solid model was established, and the Autoform software was used to analyze the FLD and thickness cloud map, and more than 99% of the part of the product fell in the safe deformation zone after forming, which fully met the requirements, and finally the experimental verification was carried out to obtain the plate Optimum molding thickness, so as to provide optimized parameters for the molding process and mold design of the door outer panel. This paper has certain practical guiding significance for improving the reliability of the molding process of the door outer panel and the design of the mold.
