An MBSE Practice on Designing Smart and Multi-Functional Overhead Stowage Compartments

The aviation industry has paid increasing attention on technologies which can improve cabin safety and reduce the workload of cabin crew. To improve that situation, concept of smart and multi-functional overhead stowage compartment is proposed and designed by means of MBSE. The concept adopts stat-of-the-art technologies of wireless communication and machine learning, which can be explored to further smart cabin scenarios.
