Then briefly introduces the development status of foreign university libraries in this service field, mainly from its dissemination content, dissemination channels and methods, and dissemination objects. From the perspective of teaching process, an application system of online information literacy education with certain applicability is constructed. Furthremore, the related testing is conducted to validate the overall performance.
