Risk Assessment and Cyber Security of Nuclear Power Plants

The paper considers the problem of cybersecurity risk assessment for process control systems (APCS) of critical facilities. Using the example of APCS for NPP, the internal and external context of risk assessment is considered. Two methods are given: for the development life cycle stage and the APCS operation stage.
