A Power Multi-Service Transmission Scheduling Method in 5G Edge-Cloud Collaboration Scenario

With the continuous advancement of smart grid construction, emerging power services continue to emerge, which requires higher service quality and better load cost for power communication bearer. This paper proposes a power multi-service transmission scheduling method based on the biogeo-graphic natural evolution (BNE) algorithm in the 5G cloud-edge collaborative scenario. First, a task collaborative processing model based on multiple edge nodes and cloud server is established, and the cloud-edge layered system is used. The power service data is flexibly unloaded and scheduled. Secondly, according to the power service bearing requirements, an optimization objective function based on task unloading delay and cost is established to optimize the overall system delay and cost. Finally, a new heuristic BNE algorithm is proposed. Carry out task scheduling and solve the task scheduling strategy of sub-optimal solution. The simulation results show that, compared with the traditional cloud-edge collaborative task scheduling algorithm, the algorithm proposed in this paper can effectively reduce the service carrying cost while meeting the minimum delay requirements of the power service, which is of great significance for deepening the application of 5G technology in the power grid.
