SPICE Modeling of Off-line Switchers from the TinySwitch Family

This paper is devoted to the modeling of the TinySwitch family of efficient power conversion ICs. A generalized block diagram of the structure of the individual generations of the family is presented, which is used as a basis for synthesizing a suitable SPICE subcircuit applicable for modeling the individual representatives of the family. Verification of the presented model with comparison of the simulated performance of a specific integrated circuit with a real experiment is performed.
