Based on the above problems, starting from the background introduction of the laboratory fume hood, this paper introduces the general requirements of the existing laboratory fume hood, and independently designs a laboratory intelligent fume hood based on the truncated continuous wind curtain technology. Based on the truncated continuous vortex ring wind curtain technology, the vortex ring generated can ensure that the harmful gases in the laboratory can be safely treated, Through the combination of single chip microcomputer technology and LabVIEW virtual instrument technology, and through the use of STC89C52 chip and corresponding sensors to conFigure relevant registers and build relevant circuits, an intelligent processing system that can automatically detect the concentration of harmful gases is designed, which can process the harmful gases produced in the laboratory to the greatest extent, At the same time, it is convenient for operators to quickly understand the internal structure of the fume hood and prevent the leakage of internal pollution. The reasonable layout of air outlet and water outlet can effectively improve the treatment efficiency. The device can greatly reduce the health threat of users and avoid unnecessary safety accidents in the process of daily test.
