Improvement and Implementation of IoT Device's Program Upgrade System on Cloud Platform

IoT terminal devices are characterized by a wide variety and wide distribution, and most devices are powered by batteries. Therefore, the requirements for the remote automatic upgrade program work of the device are more stringent. The program upgrade system of IoT terminal device based on cloud platform has become mature. However, there are still existing situations such as long upgrade time, low efficiency, and simple data encryption and decryption methods. The paper analyzes the functions and characteristics of the existing system, encrypts the uploaded upgrade files, and adjusts the data format of the protocol. The experimental results verify that the scheme can significantly improve the upgrade efficiency, reliability and other indicators.
