The Development of a Vibration Machine with Adjustable Inertial Vibrator

In the technological processes of the agro-industrial complex, electric vibration drives are widely used for a range of vibration machines. The most common type of vibration machines are those with a horizontal unbalance rotation axis. The study analyses existing solutions along with a description of their mathematical models used in the design of vibration machines with an adjustable inertial vibrator. This will allow for resonance-free characteristics to be obtained and the amplitude of oscillations to be adjusted. The proposed design of the vibration machine resolves the problem of changing environmental parameters, (humidity, temperature), as well as changes to the processed product. This is achieved by changing the amplitude of the vibration frequency according to any law without stopping the machine or the technological process, excluding any machine down time due to manual intervention. A vibration machine developed in this way allows for the high-quality sorting, cleaning and pre-sowing preparation of potatoes and grain mixtures in accordance with agrotechnological requirements.
