Design of Leather Compound System Based on PLC

In view of the problems in the current leather compounding process, the degree of automation is not high, the labor cost is too high, and the leather compounding effect is poor. In this paper, it is proposed to use Siemens 1200PLC to improve the automation degree in the leather lamination process, to automatically control the leather lamination temperature and tension in the leather lamination process, realize the real-time monitoring of the control data and the visualization of the leather compounding process, improve the leather compounding production efficiency, and generate greater benefits.
