Optimization Model of Technical Workers Allocation for Construction Safety Control in Prefabricated Building

To improve the accuracy of prefabricated construction safety control, the optimization model of prefabricated construction technical workers allocation is studied. The new job types of construction technical workers brought by prefabricated buildings are analyzed. The optimization problem of technical workers allocation for the safety control of prefabricated construction is described. On the basis of setting the variables and parameters, the optimization model is established with the maximal comprehensive construction safety of the technical workers allocation as the objective function. Main constraints of the model include: restrictions on the total wages and expenses for technical workers; limits on the total shift quantities assigned to specific jobs and shift types; Limits of average skill level for technical workers in specific jobs and shift types; the total quantity limits of each construction technical worker needs to be assigned to the corresponding jobs; limits on the proportion relationship among the technical worker quantities in different job types. Then an artificial immune algorithm (AIA) is designed to solve above model. By practical instances application, the optimal comprehensive safety degree of the technical workers allocation scheme is obtained, the validity and rationality of the optimization model and AIA are verified.
