Abstract:
This work describes the integration of Matlab and X-plane for the simulation of the take-off control of a Tiltrotor-Type Aircraft (TTA). The TTA developed is based on the design of the Bell Boeing V-22 Osprey (BBVO) and the dimensions of the Kari TR-60. The tiltrotor was built in the Plane Maker software, starting from the geometry of the BBVO. Subsequently, it is exported to X-plane and communication with Matlab is carried out. Thus, it is possible to access the flight information of the TTA. Additionally, the relationship of the final elements of tiltrotor control and the forces required to manipulate the TTA is described. As a result, a control scheme is applied for the take-off stage, showing the interaction between Matlab and X-plane. Finally, the results are discussed.
