1030 nm optimized photoconductive receiver excited with >20 mW of THz average power

We present an ErAs:InAlGaAs photoconductive antenna receiver optimized for 1030 nm probe pulses, excited at very high THz average power (24 mW). We measure a dynamic range of 92 dB in a 10 s measurement time. The saturation behavior under high THz average power is studied as well.
