Applying Human-Centered Design for Media development to promote the learning to Adapting to the Covid-19 Pandemic Situation

This research aims to create and evaluate promotional learning material in the new normal community in the situation of the COVID-19 epidemic in the area of Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Phanom, and Mukdahan provinces. By applying the concept of human-centered design (HCD) for media development. The results of the quality assessment and satisfaction assessment of promotional learning material in a new normal community in the situation of the COVID-19 epidemic were at a good level. Moreover, the sample group who used the media had more knowledge about COVID-19 than when they did not use the media, with an Effectiveness Index (E.I.) of 0.6232 or 62.32%.
