Prototype a Food Processing Combination Heated Drying Cabinet

The work presented in this paper was aimed to build a prototype of a combination heated drying cabinet. To address the issue of drying during periods of little or no sunlight. Adding solar-powered hot water tanks to the baking cabinet to help boost the temperature. The drying system is divided into two stages, 1) design of heat energy dryer combined with solar infrared radiation, and 2) build a solar-powered hot water tank design. During the experiments, temperature data was collected every 10 minutes at different spots within the data logger drying chamber at temperatures of 50, 60, and 70 °C, respectively. The air flow rate was consistent at 0.0012 kg/s, according to the findings. An infrared combined heat and hot water drier's thermal efficiency was found to be between 31.83 and 36.08%. In terms of efficiency, this is superior than typical sun drying cabinets. In the lack of sunlight, users can efficiently increase the heat in the drying cabinet.
