Knowledge Sharing Behaviour among Post-Graduate Students during the E-Learning Era

This paper aims to develop a conceptual and theoretical research framework for students' attitude towards knowledge sharing with their peers, and to determine the factors likely to motivate knowledge sharing among postgraduate students. The study significantly contributed to the body of knowledge in the area of Knowledge Sharing Behaviour during the E-Learning Era of COVID 19 through reviewing literature, which is important in the discussion of the current research's variables antecedents of Knowledge Sharing Behaviour. It is hoped that the proposed model will assist in identifying the general direction of future research in knowledge management and knowledge sharing behavior.
