Hole Opening Number of Black Fungus Bags and Optimal Design of Cutters by Artificial Intelligent

Black fungi are one of the four great edible fungi in the world. They are crispy, tender, and tasty, and rich in nutrients including protein, calcium, iron, rough fiber, vitamin, carbohydrate, and mineral elements. We study the influences of hole number of fungus bags on the formation of fungus buds, the modes of location-induced fungus production to the quality and quantity of fungus slices, the structure of hole cutter, and working parameters to the reliability and output of fungus bags. Artificial intelligence optimization is carried out as an opening tool. Through a single factor regression analysis, the optimal hole number of fungus bag is found to be 140. The maximum output of fungus bags and the best economic benefit are produced by V-shaped holes with an angle of 90-120°.
