Posture Detector Using 8051 Microcntroller

People are rapidly changing the way they live their lives, as technology grows worldwide. Modern industrialization and urbanization have resulted in people giving up good posture and sitting for lengthy periods hunched over. The transverse abdominal muscle is impacted by poor posture, which causes lower back pain. One of the leading causes of doctor visits is low back pain. Maintaining good posture and shifting positions on a regular basis is thought to improve and maintain health. A vast array of intelligent monitoring equipment has been introduced to the world in order to enhance the quality of life through various forms of support. In this project, a device is being developed that uses sensor to measure a user's back posture in real-time, alerting them when it detects poor posture and then enabling them to correct it. The accelerometer, placed on the thoracic curve, detects back movement, sending raw data to a microcontroller. When processed, it is sent to a vibration motor, which notifies the user that posture needs to be corrected.
