Optimization of the Fan Parameters to Increase the Cooling Efficiency of the Engine Radiator

The article discusses the optimization of fan parameters. Optimization is carried out in order to increase the cooling efficiency of the engine radiator. First, the measurement and construction of the original fan VAZ 21214-1300024-43 is carried out, which is used to cool the real engine. Construction and calculation are carried out in the Ansys Workbench software package. Then, taking into account the identified shortcomings, the fan is calculated and optimized in the Ansys software package. According to the results of the calculations, as well as the results of the analysis, several variants of fans were obtained, with a different number of blades, different power parameters, the degree of pressure increase, air flow, etc. From the options obtained, the most effective ones were selected.
