The Research on Systematic Development Degree of SGLS Based on Social-Economic-Environmental Index

The synergistic development of source-grid-load-storage (SGLS) is an important issue facing and needing to be solved for the construction of a new power system, which is an inevitable way to help achieve the “carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals”. The distance synergy model combining TOPSIS and gray rational theory is used to quantitatively analyze the panel data to obtain the development degree and synergy degree of social, economic and environmental systems in the development area of SGLS from 2016 to 2020. The results show that the development degree value of the whole system is low, and there is still more room to rise. The synergy degree shows a fluctuating trend, and the synergy level does not improve significantly. The economic synergy degree shows a positive correlation with the economic synergy development degree. The economic synergy plays an obvious role in promoting economic development. and the pull factors of the economic subsystem relative to the social and environmental subsystems are 1.1338 and 1.1968 respectively, indicating that the economy, as the core of development, has a significant pulling effect on other subsystems. In the future development, it is still necessary to adhere to the core of economic development to improve the comprehensive development degree of the region.
